The Role

This is a new role for a change management specialist to draw up and deliver a change management plan to ensure that people are engaged with and equipped to deliver the benefits of the BSB’s major reform programme, and can adapt easily to new processes, systems and ways of working.

Key skills and experience required to undertake the role include:

  • An experienced change manager, with a track record of successful support of the human aspects of change programmes
  • A change management qualification such as APMG
  • Knowledge and experience of applying change management methodologies
  • Ability to assess organisational and team readiness for change and tailor change approaches accordingly
  • Ability to design and deliver high quality training, workshops and communications to support and enable change for people at all levels.
